How secure is company data in IntrApp?
It meets current industry standards. You will also see that the system includes, among other things, two-factor authentication. Your system has a separate, closed database, and backups are made of the databases. There are also many other built-in technical protections that you won’t even notice, but which protect you against external threats.
How complicated is it to implement IntrApp?
It’s not complicated at all.
There are two main concepts in the system: the subscription and the instance. You can manage your subscriptions at partner.intrapp.io. In all cases, the first 30 days of using the system are free.
During this period, you can use the full functionality without limitations, and if you don’t like it, you can cancel without obligation, and delete your data and your instance.
On partner.intrapp.io, if you are not yet registered, you need to sign up, confirm your email address, and enter your company details (this is required because we operate as a B2B system and need to verify and store real data), as well as the details of your first instance.
An instance is your “hermetically sealed” system within IntrApp, where only your company’s data is managed and visible to you. It is recommended to have one instance per company so that data does not mix. After successful setup, each instance is available at [company / alias].intrapp.io.
The system is ready to use immediately after setup. You will be notified about every step. Users are not added via an invitation-only system; instead, the admin adds them.
Tip: set up roles from the beginning and assign them when creating users. It is also recommended to add at least one user during the testing phase early on.
Info: we do not have an onboarding/setup fee, which is common in such systems, however if you require a specialist to help initialize your data, that may involve an additional cost.
How can I rearrange the menu?
You can hide menu items by removing the role’s permission for that function.
You cannot change the order yourself—we handle that for you; just let us know. 🙂
Can IntrApp be connected to other systems?
Yes, you can integrate any system into IntrApp that has a web connection endpoint (API). If it doesn’t have one, that may still not be an issue, as our team has a wide range of expertise. In all cases, get in touch with us and we will help you find the best solution.
What if I don’t like IntrApp after all?
If you cancel your IntrApp during the trial period, you have no payment obligation.
If you cancel after the trial period, you can continue using the service until the end of the already paid period, but no further billing will occur for the next period.
In all cases, cancellation is up to you, and you can do it at any time.
What happens to our existing data - can it be easily migrated?
Of course, we help you with data migration, and you can count on us for any questions that arise.
