Clear pricing, worked out for your own numbers
No packages to choose between, no feature locked behind a higher tier, and no sales person to go through. A base fee, a per person fee, and storage. This page does the arithmetic so you do not have to guess at it.
Work out your exact price
The formula is the base fee, plus every user after the first, plus every gigabyte after the first. That is the whole thing. You can work out your own figure below, but you could equally do it on paper, and that is rather the point.
Do you need a system at all?
Six questions, two minutes. A weighted decision matrix works out whether moving to a system pays off for you, or Excel still does the job. We do not always come out on top.
What is the monthly total made of?
Prices are in euro, before tax. There is nothing beyond these lines, no activation, no rollout, no training and no per module fee.
Every further user: 8 € / month
Storage: 1 € / GB
Trial: free for 1 month
What to measure it against
For a three person company that is about what it costs to take the three of you out to lunch once. At eight people it is a middling stationery order. This is not a number that needs a board discussion, and that is deliberate. If a system takes a rollout project and a leap of faith to adopt, the adopting costs more than the system is worth.
Is the company still growing?
Most price lists will not let you answer that, because the next headcount threshold starts a new package. There are no thresholds here, because every person costs the same as the one before.
From eight people to eleven
When the team is larger
When the headcount falls
What is not included in the price?
None of the following is in the price, and none of it is compulsory. If you do not ask for it, it is not there.
There is no setup cost
Help only if you ask for it
Custom development, if it really is custom
When does this cost more than your current systems?
This is another thing better said now. If you run on three free tools today and you fit inside them, this is new spending rather than a saving, and the difference has to be worth what the hunting around costs you in time. If on the other hand five or ten separate subscriptions are running, it is worth adding up their monthly fees, because that total usually surprises whoever has never added it up. We are not promising a percentage saving, because we do not know your numbers. You can do the addition, and we have written down the other side of it.
What you will definitely not find here
No button asking you to request a price, which in practice means telling someone your headcount before you are allowed to know it. No tier has its price left off either. When the last column of a price list says to get in touch, it usually means the price depends on how much the buyer will bear.
What if this is not what you are looking for?
This is the question a tired owner actually wants answered, and the one most price lists leave out. The trial and the subscription that follows it work the same way, and it is the way a streaming subscription works. You cancel, and from the next month there is no charge. No minimum term, no exit fee, and no reason required. The only thing you risk is the time you put in at the start, and only if your colleagues use it at all.
See what you get for that
You can only judge the price once you have seen what it buys. The demo runs on an invented company with its data filled in and needs no signup. Some functions are switched off in it and it resets overnight, so seeing it on your own work is what the trial is for.
