Do you need a system, or is Excel enough?
Six criteria, each a slider between Excel and a shared system. You say where you stand and what matters most to you, the matrix works out the rest. If the answer is that you should stay with Excel, that is what you will read.
Move the sliders to where you actually are
The middle position is neutral, so if a criterion says nothing to you, leave it there. The two scores mirror each other: pushed all the way left, Excel wins outright.
No trick in it, and you can check
It adds up the six slider values, counts the two criteria you marked twice over, and maps the result onto a scale of a hundred. That is why the IntrApp score and the Excel score always come to a hundred. Whichever is above fifty wins, and above seventy it is no longer close.
Every answer sits in the address bar, so the result is a shareable link: send it to your co-owner or your accountant and they will see the same thing. It works without JavaScript too, you just press Work it out.
If the answer was that Excel is pinching, the next question is usually the price. On the pricing page you can work out your own figure without asking anyone.
