The module follows every document from issuing to settlement. It does not replace your accounting software, it covers the operational stretch until the data reaches your accountant, while keeping an accurate record of receivables, payables and incoming payments.

raises questions with your accountant that are hard to answer after the fact.

From issuing to money in the bank
Every document has its place in one shared register, including the draft, the issued invoice, the cancellation and the correction.
Invoices
You issue it from a draft, and the number is only consumed at that moment, so the
sequence stays provably gap-free. Multiple currencies, a buyer that is a company or a
private person, and line items you pick from a catalogue, up to 200 on one document.
Recurring invoicing
A profile tied to one partner and one set of line items produces the invoice every
month by itself, either issued live or only prepared as a draft so you can check it
before sending.
Cash flow
Invoices issued by the system and externally recorded ones sit in one shared list,
money received and paid out kept separately per currency. The open amount is computed
on the whole correction chain, not just the original line.
Bank statement import
Upload your bank statement in CSV, Excel, CAMT.053 or MT940, and the system suggests
which line belongs to which document. The final decision is always yours.
Invoicing, not a bookkeeping system

An invoice belongs to the partner it was issued to, and cash flow shows straight away whether the amount has come in. There is no separate search to work out which customer stands where.

Do we need training?
There is a manual and a step-by-step walkthrough inside the app, so people find their
own way in. No training days, and nobody has to become the in-house expert.
What does it cost to start?
Automated setup takes about half an hour. There is no implementation fee and no
compulsory consulting day.
How flexible is the trial?
During the trial you work in your own instance with your own data, and if it turns
out not to be right, you cancel it.
