From employee records to the monthly payroll close
All information sits in a single database, but access is governed by precise roles.

Name, position, organisational unit and direct manager are shown in one shared list.
Colleagues with manager permission only see their direct reports, without sensitive
personal data such as home address or date of birth.
Data change requests
Employees cannot edit their own data in the system directly. A change request goes
through an approval process, and if it is rejected, a mandatory reason is recorded to
help with the correction.
Work schedule and calendar
Official Hungarian public holidays are added in advance for the current year and the
next two calendar years, and you record moved working days to suit the company. The
system calculates leave directly from this calendar.
Monthly payroll close
At closing, the system records the final state of the approved absences, and the data
for that period is then locked. If there is good reason, the month can be reopened,
but the change requires a mandatory reason and a new version.

The module does not run payroll, it produces a locked, reliable data set to support the payroll accountant's work. Salary data requires a strictly limited permission, and the system records every view separately in the audit log.

Without HR administrator permission, managers only see the colleagues on their own team, without sensitive data. Salary details are available only to designated people, and the log keeps a continuous record of every view.

Do we need training?
There is a manual and a step-by-step walkthrough inside the app, so people find their
own way in. No training days, and nobody has to become the in-house expert.
What does it cost to start?
Automated setup takes about half an hour. There is no implementation fee and no
compulsory consulting day.
How flexible is the trial?
During the trial you work in your own instance with your own data, and if it turns
out not to be right, you cancel it.
