IntrApp’s file manager works like a company-wide Drive – each user has their own personal folder, while shared structures can also be created. You can upload files and folders and share them across the company or only with selected colleagues. Everything is private by default, so you never have to worry about something accidentally reaching the wrong people.
If you have a frequently used document, such as a contract, price list, or presentation, you can mark it as a favorite. After that, you’ll always find it quickly and easily, and it will always be at hand, no matter where you open the drive.
Deleted files are not lost immediately: the system sends everything to a recycle bin, from where you can later restore or permanently delete them. No more accidental deletions, no unnecessary data loss. The file manager also takes care of preventing mistakes.
When you attach a file to a partner, ticket, or task, IntrApp automatically places it in its own file system, in the appropriate folder. You don’t have to move it manually, look for a folder, or create one again – the system builds the document library in a structured way by itself.
Whether you want to download a single file or an entire folder, you can do it with just a few clicks – folders can be downloaded as ZIP files. In addition, every file and folder can be easily shared – either publicly within the company, or only with users selected by name.
