An honest offer

Three months, in exchange for your honesty

IntrApp is finished and usable. What we are short of is feedback from companies that genuinely work this way. So if you start from here, you currently get three months of trial instead of one.

Sound familiar

Until now, a company system meant one of two things

Either you have one built, which takes months and costs more than the problem it solves, and by the time it arrives you find out it is not what you described.

Or you assemble five to ten separate applications, each with its own subscription and its own password. None of them knows about the others, so you enter the same data three times, and at the end of the month nobody can say how much time went on which project.

Either way it ends the same, with the data scattered and the overview gone.

The offer

Why we give three instead of one

Not because we are running a promotion. Because we need something from you too.

A system gets good when people who actually work that way use it, and say where it gets stuck. You cannot learn that in a month, because the first week goes on settling in, the second on old habits, and only by the third month does it become clear what you truly open every day.

So the offer is a trade. You get three months instead of one. We ask that you use it in real operations rather than as an experiment, and that you tell us what is wrong with it. Not a questionnaire, not a rating. What annoyed you.

If that does not suit you, that is fine too, because the ordinary one month trial starts the same way by signing up, and you get no fewer features for it.

What you get

The same as everyone else

The offer is about time, not about features. There are no tiers to choose between, and no feature that only exists in the expensive one.

Your own system

Not a shared demo environment, but your data and your users, with full functionality. The automated setup takes about half an hour and then you are live.

All four areas

Projects and tasks, customers and sales, knowledge and documents, internal communication. They all look at the same data, so the customer, the file and the conversation can sit next to the task.
What is in it

No training

There is a manual and a built-in walkthrough, so if something is unclear the application explains it. No training day, and no roll-out project.

Leave whenever

Even during the three months you commit to nothing. If it is not right, you say so and that is that. No minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no reason required.
Who it is not for

When it is better to say no

Better said now than in month two. If what you want is the deepest possible tool in one area, you will find a better one than ours, and that is as it should be. There is no resource planning and no Gantt chart, no version control and no approval chains, and no industry-specific module comes ready made. If your work does not function without those, the offer solves nothing; it just takes three months off both of us. The industry-specific part can be built as custom development, but that is a different conversation from this offer.

If you are interested

Write to us and we will reply

We do not ask for company details, we do not call you unasked, and you will not end up in an automated email sequence. Tell us how many of you there are and what you work with today. That is what lets us say whether this makes sense for you.

With the country code, for example +44 20 7123 4567

If it is a custom requirement, a paragraph or two about what does not work today is plenty.

We reply within one working day

A person reads it and writes back to the address you gave.

A conversation only if you need one

For some people the written reply is enough, and they start from there. If you ask something that would take a long thread to settle in writing, we suggest talking it through. It is not a condition, because the three months do not depend on us sitting down together.

We ask for no payment details

No card, no billing data. What you type in is for the reply, nothing else.
